Account Deletion

Delete inside the app

1. Open Lovescape and sign in.
2. Open Profile and choose Delete account.
3. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email belasmith3434@gmail.com from the address connected to the account. Use the subject “Lovescape Account Deletion Request.” We may verify control of the account before acting.

What is deleted

The active Firebase Authentication account, profile, conversations, messages, generated-image records, generated-image files and usage counters are deleted. Safety reports or security records may be retained only where necessary to prevent abuse, resolve disputes or comply with law.

Timing

In-app deletion is initiated immediately. Email requests are targeted for completion within 30 days after verification. Residual encrypted provider backups may remain for a limited backup-retention period before automatic expiry.
