Information processed

• Account email, display name, age confirmation and legal-consent timestamps.
• Chats, companion selections, generated-image requests and saved outputs.
• Usage limits, reports, app settings and account-deletion requests.
• Technical security information such as authentication tokens, device/app diagnostics and server logs.

Purposes

We use this information to provide accounts, conversations and image features; operate usage limits; secure the service; moderate harmful content; investigate reports; provide support; and comply with law.

Service providers and transfers

The app uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud services, including Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Remote Config, Crashlytics, Cloud Run and generative-AI services. Data may be processed in countries where these providers operate, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

Retention and deletion

Account content is retained while the account is active and deleted through the in-app deletion flow or a verified email request. Limited safety, fraud-prevention, transaction or legal records may be retained when necessary. See the Account Deletion page.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting the privacy email. Lovescape is restricted to adults aged 18 and over.
